Accommodation
	Our 24 beautifully decorated Fijian style bures are private, exclusive and fully air-conditioned. Each bure offers all-encompassing views of the ocean and reefs beyond. Your stay with us is all-inclusive – from the delicately prepared and perfectly presented gourmet meals, to the meticulous attention you receive from our dedicated staff. All non-motorized water sport activities are also included, so the world outside is yours to discover. Our 150-acre private resort and retreat offers you a welcome reprieve from the busy world.
Oceanview Garden Bures
	(8 in this category. Max occupancy is 2 per bure) Surrounded by lush tropical gardens with picket fences, the garden bures are perfect for couples. Each bure is air conditioned and has one king bed, and romantic outdoor stone showers. Each garden bure has its own fenced-in private yard
Oceanview 2 Bedroom Bure
	(2-bedroom, 1 bath) (9 in this category. Max occupancy is 5 in this bure) This bure is air conditioned and has 2 separate private bedrooms, a private secreen porch area with day bed and indoor bathroom with outdoor stone walled shower with ocean views.
Raintree Bure
	These newly opened 2-bedroom bures are perfect for families, singles or multi sharing. Each bure has a Queen-size bed and two twin beds an elegantly appointed living room which has a day bed included for lounging or for an extra person, the bathroom has 2 showers (one is an outdoor garden stone shower), a full kitchen, plunge pool, and patio with views of the rainforest. They also include a private screened porch with views of the golf course. Maximum occupancy 5 people

Tree Top Honeymoon Bure
	Our luxury two story octagonal Honeymoon bure is over one thousand square feet in size and is fully furnished in handsome teak and palm wood furniture. The living room offers a day bed for lounging. The second floor master bedroom with its over-sized built in bed has 360° panoramic views of the ocean, golf course and rain forest below. The circular surrounding deck with private plunge pool and outdoor shower offers stunning views from every angle. The master bath has a private spa tub and shower. In addition, you will find a fully stocked mini bar, The Honeymoon Bure has a DVD player and movies are available at the reception. Maximum occupancy 3 people



Edgewater Villas at Koro Bay are the newest addition to luxury accommodation over the ocean. Our two story villas are 1,300 square feet in size with a master bedroom suite and master bedroom deck overlooking the Koro Bay lagoon. The Villa is elegantly appointed with teak and palm wood furnishings complete with king size bed. The private courtyard of the each villa features a swimming pool and sundeck surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The over water living room features plush furnishings with glass bottom floor for tidal viewing. Our Media room has a second bath and convertible queen size couch for sleeping or relaxing. The room has a flat screen TV and entertainment centre. The kitchens boast all the amenities needed for cooking or entertaining in your new home away from home. Our villas have a living room leading to a private over water floating deck on the lagoon.

Villas
All our luxury villas are located in our planned resort community high on a Rainforest hillside, overlooking the Koro Sea and the resort below. Each villa has 3 bedrooms, designer kitchen, and grand view living rooms, each with an elegant swimming pool, spacious outdoor verandas and beautifully appointed tropical furnishings. Amenities include private electric cart for on-resort use only, stocked refrigerator, DVD & CD player with CD collection available, hairdryer, Pure Fiji products, iron/ironing board and tea & coffee facility. Guests staying in the villas have use of all resort based non-motorized activities, housekeeping services, free airport transfers, 20% discount at resort restaurants and treatments at our Rainforest Spa. Private Chefs from the resort are available for a wide range of culinary desires for in-villa dining, all meals are included.

Superior Villa
	The 1800 square foot (18sqm) 3 bedroom/ 2 baths villa features exotic tile floors, pristine hard wood ceilings, and beautifully appointed tropical palm wood furnishings throughout. Both baths have beautiful outdoor stone showers and an elegant master bedroom suite opens up to the swimming pool veranda. Occupancy: 6 people

Deluxe Villas
	Our 2500 square foot (250sqm) villa with 2 master bedroom suites each has a luxury bath with screened outdoor stone shower. The third bedroom has a bath with outdoor stone shower. This luxury villa has high vaulted hard wood ceilings throughout, beautifully appointed tropical palm wood furnishings, spacious verandas off of each room, and an infinite edge swimming pool. Occupancy: 6 people

Luxury Villa
	The architecturally stunning, octagonal shaped Grand Villa is situated mountainside above the resort, offering spectacular views of the ocean, rain forest and resort below. The villa offers over 5000 square foot (500sqm) of living space, with a large, free form swimming pool building the focal point in the central courtyard. A beautifully appointed 2,000 square foot (200sqm) round Master bedroom suite, two additional large bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms are located on the lower level. The large deck offers breathtaking views from all angles and the deluxe indoor /outdoor kitchen provides multiple dining options. Children under 12 are not permitted. Occupancy: 6 people

We work hard to perfect our menus and recipes to provide you with unique and delicious selections of International flavors over the course of your stay. We are proud to be able to offer two incredible restaurants. The first, known as the “Matakau”, is a large traditional Fijian style bure. The seaside restaurant captures the essence of sophisticated, yet casual island style with a floor of sand, tables and chairs made from Fijian rain trees and a stunning panoramic sea view. We are also happy to offer private dining in your bure or candlelight on the beach. Whatever you desire, we can make it happen. Our chefs look forward to meeting you during your stay. Exchange vows by candlelight in our over the water pavilion, or on a grassy knoll overlooking the reefs and rainforests. Share a wedding kiss at sunset, or a beachfront ceremony at sunrise. Stand aside a rushing waterfall, or under a full moon glimmering across the South Pacific waters. Walk down a finger lit land extending across a blue lagoon, escorted by Fijian warriors, or arrive by sea, on a traditional Fijian bamboo raft. Weddings at Koro Sun Resort and Rainforest Spa take on special meaning, not only to our wonderful couples who choose us to start their new life together, but to our special staff, who make sure each moment is a memory to treasure, and last a lifetime. A champagne toast, a dance under an expansive, star-filled night sky, a sail in the balmy sea air. We create and craft unique ceremonies and romantic interludes - from a casual, barefoot marriage service for two, to an tropical soiree for 52. The wedding couple and guests will enjoy their all-inclusive stay, with fresh and innovating gourmet cuisine and guided on-site activities. Cottage style “bures” have ocean views, air conditioning, king-sized beds, romantic outdoor stone showers, native furnishing and private patios. For the honeymoon couple, we suggest an escape to our treetop honeymoon bure. This two story circular villa has its own private plunge pool, Jacuzzi bath, wet bar, wrap-around verandah and upstairs fantasy bedroom suite. Three to four bedroom luxury villas are also available, with both ocean and rainforest views. Our Rainforest Spa is a touch of magic. Treatments by our gifted therapists, trained in the ways of the Fijian bobo, combine traditional remedies with western skills, all performed in bures tucked into the rainforest, next to a cascading stream and waterfall. Activities offered at Koro Sun Resort range from mild to wild. Scuba dive the most diverse sites in Fiji, enjoy a private island picnic, with a bottle of bubbly and a lunch basket, take a sunset sail, or catch a giant marlin. Join your guests on a river kayak to a great salt lake, visit a black pearl farm, visit a village, take an herbal hike or a rainforest trek. Koro Sun is your personal retreat in paradise, for the wedding of a lifetime, the perfect start to your perfect life. Wedding Information Fijian weddings are internationally recognized and are legally binding. We have a number of wedding packages available but the wedding service can be tailored to the couple's requirements. A member of our team will assist in planning the wedding with the couple when they arrive at the resort. Although we do not require a minimum stay, we do recommend couples plan to spend at least five nights at the resort. We also recommend having the wedding two days after the couple's arrival. This allows the couple to rest and relax before the wedding. We will always try to provide the wedding date of your choice, but this can not always be guaranteed. Please be aware that we are not able to perform weddings on Sundays. Registration While in Savusavu it is a requirement that couples go to the local registry office where they will obtain a wedding license. A current passport, birth certificate and proof of annulment or divorce (if previously married) are required. Special Requests We also cater for special requests such as Fijian wedding costumes, professional flower arrangements (bouquets), traditional wedding cakes and professional photographers. Koro Sun can also perform underwater weddings. These rates are shown as supplements to our wedding package costs. Wedding Services A Methodist Minister or celebrant from our local village will conduct the wedding. Whilst the rainforest is our most favorite location, we are also able to perform services in the main Bure, poolside or on the deck of the guest Bure. Wedding couples may choose to invite other guests staying at the resort or have a private ceremony.

Koro Kids Club

Kids 12 and under are FREE with a paying adult. Complimentary Koro Kids Club (children’s activity program) for children 3 to 11 from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily. Non-motorized activities and meals are included. Daily activities include Rainforest hikes, introduction to Fijian culture, Fijian arts & crafts, tidal pool exploration, snorkeling (for 7 years & older), t-shirt painting, coconut leaf weaving, and Sand village construction. Babysitting services offered after 5:00 pm at the rate of FJ$6.00 per hour per child (approximately $3.50 USD).
